This registration session will allow you to complete the contact

information and sign up for the Clinics Membership.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure all information is provided accurately.

 

WE ARE OFTEN OVER CAPACITY AND HAVE A WAIT LIST FOR CERTAIN PRACTICE GROUPS.

PLEASE TEXT MICHAEL @ 561-577-1890 TO INQUIRE ABOUT AVAILABLE SPOTS BEFORE REGISTERING.

 

REGISTRATIONS ARE PROCESSED AT THE END OF THE DAY. IT NORMALLY TAKES 48-72 HOURS TO SET UP THE FIRST CLASS.

 

WE ARE SORRY, BUT WE CAN'T TAKE WALK-INS. ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED AND HAVE A CURRENT AAU MEMBERSHIP LINKED TO THE CLUB PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS.

 

Practice information:

Cost:

$135 per month ( 1 hr, two days per week)

 

Payment:

Electronic payments only. Membership registration will enroll you in automatic payments from a card or bank account. No other methods of payment are accepted.

YOU CAN CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP ANY TIME!!! 

The membership will be canceled at the end of the current month if a written request to wvbaclinics@gmail.com is sent at least 48 hrs before the next automatic payment.

Mondays and Fridays from 6-7 pm.

Requirements:

You will need a current AAU membership to register.
