VOLLEYBALL CLINICS MEMBERSHIP
We offer a volleyball clinic membership program for players aged 6 to 18, regardless of their skill level or previous experience.
Our clinics focus on teaching fundamental volleyball skills tailored to each player's age and ability. Participants will be evaluated and grouped accordingly among available courts to ensure that instruction meets their individual needs.
The program starts at $145 per month for one-hour practices held twice a week.
Clinics are ongoing, you're welcome to join us any time.

The first class will be an evaluation class at 6 pm. A combination of age and skills will determine placement in any group after the first class.

NO-RISK FIRST CLASS:
Join us for a "no-risk" first class! If you choose not to continue after registering and attending your first session, we will refund your registration fee, and the autopayment plan will be canceled.
To attend the first class, players must complete their registration, pay the registration fee, and enroll in the autopayment plan.
Please note that the AAU membership fee is paid directly to AAU and is non-refundable.

You must register and wait for confirmation before attending your first class. Walk-ins are not allowed!
MEMBERSHIP COST:
Registration: $25
Monthly membership cost:
.- One (1) hour, two (2) days per week: $145 monthly.
.- Two (2) hours, two (2) days per week: $232 monthly.
.- One (1) hour, four (4) days per week: $232 monthly.
.- Two (2) hours, four (4) days per week: $464 monthly.
We don't have a 1-day-per-week or pay-per-class plan. Clinics typically operate at full capacity, often with a waiting list in place. Every registered player reserves a spot from the available capacity, regardless of whether they attend all classes.
The clinic's membership expires annually on August 31, coinciding with the AAU membership expiration (insurance/liability). To ensure uninterrupted participation, you must renew your AAU and WVBA Clinics membership annually before September 1.
The membership runs from September 1 to August 31 of the following year.
All official school holidays, such as winter break, spring break, Thanksgiving, and individual holidays, are accounted for when calculating the monthly cost of clinics' membership.
There is an average of eight sessions per month, but some months have between 6 and 10 sessions. We do not adjust our rates when we have fewer or more than eight sessions to avoid fluctuating costs every other month.
If we are forced to cancel a practice that is not a holiday, we will provide a credit or refund for those sessions.
The only available payment method is electronic payment (via card or bank account), charged monthly in advance.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY:
Clinics membership go from 9/1 to 8/31 every year. You can cancel the membership at any time.
- To cancel, please email a written request to wvbaclinics@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the next automatic payment.
- You may request the membership cancellation at the end of the current month (default) or specify a future date for the cancellation.
- Cancellation requests submitted on or after the 1st of the month will be subject to a prorated refund for the period up to the 15th of the month and will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
- Requests sent after the 15th of the month will take effect at the end of the month of the cancellation request. Players will retain access to practice sessions until the end of that month.
LATE PICK-UP FEE:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to late pick-ups. However, when a coach must wait for a player to be picked up, WVBA incurs additional gym lease and coaching costs. To share this expense and encourage timely pick-ups, the following fees will apply:
1. 5-15 minutes late: $25
2. 15-30 minutes late: $35
3. More than 30 minutes late: $50
